Secretary <br /> The Finance Committee commenced at 7 p.m. Murphy informed Finance Committee <br /> members that $150,000 in free cash had been freed up for the Special Town Meeting <br /> May 2, 1988. After reviewing the Warrant Finance Committee members made the <br /> following recommendations. <br /> The Articles listed below should be funded from the Reserve Fund and taken <br /> off the Warrant, <br /> Article #3 - Federal gasoline excise tax $1,975 <br /> Article #4 - Street Light Account 2,500 <br /> Article #5 - Reimbursement, Barnstable County 1,290.94 <br /> Article #6 - Medicare Account 2,400 <br /> Article #10- DPW Grounds 2,000 <br /> $10,165.94 <br /> This leaves a balance of $76,490 in the Reserve Account. <br /> The following Articles on the Special Warrant will be taken from Free <br /> Cash. <br /> Article #1 - Transfer Station at Otis $21,000 <br /> Article #2 - Snow & Ice Removal 40,000 <br /> Article #8 - Firefighter's Wage Acct. 20,000 <br /> Article #11- Police Revolving Acct. 3,000 <br /> $84,000 <br /> The Finance Committee recommended the transfers requested in the following <br /> Articles on the Special Town. Meeting Warrant. <br /> Article. #12 - Shellfish Warden Wage Account to $400 <br /> Park & Rec Lifeguard Wage Acct. <br /> Article #13 - Johns Pond Park Improvement to 611 <br /> Park & Rec Expense Acct. <br /> Article #14 - Rec Dir. /Asst. Dir. Salary to <br /> Lifeguard Wage Account 1,000 <br /> Rec Expense Acct. 1,500 <br /> The Finance Committee deferred from making a recommendation on Article #15 <br />
