9 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> July 9, 2001 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Appointment of Assistant Animal Control Officer: <br /> Paul Bartolomei was the recommended candidate for the part-time <br /> ` position of Assistant Animal Control-Officer. The sixteen-hour position <br /> requires working on weekends and holidays. Mr. Bartolomei has recently <br /> relocated to the Town of Mashpee retiring from the Norton Company. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Leveille to appoint Paul Bartolomei to the <br /> part-time position of Assistant Animal Control Officer beginning at <br /> Step 1 as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Appointment of Assistant Camp Director: <br /> Appointment of Substitute of Camp Counselor: <br /> Candidates for the summer positions of Assistant Camp Director and <br /> Substitute Camp Counselor for Leisure Services were recommended for <br /> appointment. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to appoint Michelle Nuey of <br /> Mashpee to the position of Assistant Camp Director and J. Patrick <br /> Riley III of Mashpee to the position of Substitute Camp Counselor as <br /> recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> A ointment of Gate Attendants: <br /> Due to the resignations of a few Gate Attendants, candidates were <br /> interviewed for full-time Gate Attendant positions. Kimberly Daigle and <br /> Joseph Augusta were recommended for appointment. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to appoint as Gate Attendants, <br /> Kimberly Daigle and Joseph Augusta as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
