As noted, <br /> A <br /> House Bill 41-94: Animal Control Officer <br /> Group IV Contributory Retirement System <br /> Bill did not pass, Representative Patrick to review, <br /> House Bill 42-34: Town to Authorize Additional Licenses for the <br /> Sale of All Alcoholic Beverages on the Premises <br /> Bill referred to Government Regulations, Dan Bosley Committee Chair <br /> Docket 4484: Economic Development Bill <br /> Docket moved from Rules Committee to Local Affairs <br /> House Bill 4299: Conservation Purposes <br /> Local Affairs to review intended Land Parcel <br /> House Bill 4300: VFW Post#5489 <br /> Local Affairs to review Easement <br /> The Selectmen were urged to contact Senator O'Leary to follow-up on the <br /> referenced House Bills and related Docket. Representative Patrick <br /> indicated that he would update the Selectmen on a monthly basis. <br /> Additional bills briefly discussed included the Housing Bond Bill, Chapter <br /> 40B Amendments,the South Cape Beach Land Swap, School Aid and a <br /> Dialysis Clinic as a potential for location in Mashpee. <br />
