4 Board of Selectmen Minutes July 9, 2001 f APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: New Seabury Country Club—Change.ofM_anager Selectman Leveille stepped down for the above referenced agenda topic. { i New Seabury.Resources Management, Inc. requested the Selectmen approve its resolution to change its manager named on the liquor license for the New Seabury Country Club to Wayne J. Kapral, Mr. Kapral was present to discuss the Change of Manager application. Motion made by Selectman Marsters to approve the Change of Manager as referenced to Wayne J.Kapral as Manager for the liquor license of New Seabury Resources Management, Inc. d/b/a New Seabury Country Club. Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. Selectman Leveille absent. Public Hearing—MC Holding, Inc. Liquor License Transfer: Selectman Leveille stepped down for the above referenced Hearing. Selectman Cahala.ne opened the Public Hearing on the application of MC Holding, Inc.,John Renz, Manager for a transfer of Annual All Alcohol Restaurant License from Debora Casey,Bankruptcy Trustee for Mashpee Restaurant, Inc. Joyce Mason, Acting Town Administrator read aloud the Public Hearing notice as published. John Renz,Manager was present to discuss the license application with the Board. It was noted that.it is necessary for the applicant to remit to the Office of the Board of Selectmen, a vote of the corporation and board of directors to complete the necessary paperwork associated to the license application. Mr. Renz indicated that he is in receipt of a letter of intent from a Boston restaurant to operate the former Gone Tomatoes restaurant facility in mid October. The intended annual alcohol license would be transferred in the future to ensure the new license operator would have the ability to operate the new restaurant facility at the Mashpee Commons subject location.
