Article 23: seeks town approval to authorize the Mashpee Sewer Commission to construct a portion of the East Mahspee Wastewater Treatment Plant on a town—owned parcel of land. Finance Committee recommends this article. Article 24: The Finance Committee after reviewing Article 19 feel this article should be put on hold. This article seeks town approval to appropriate and transfer $16,000 from the Town Engineer Management Salary Account to the Planning Board Consulting Engineer Account. Article 25: seeks the town to vote to approriate and transfer from the Assistant Town Planner Account $7,500 to engage a consultant to assist in the development of a Coastal Resources and Harbor Management Plan. This article was recommended by the Finance Committee. Article 26: seeks the town to vote to appropriate and transfer from Free Cash $50,226 to the DPW Chapter 90 Account to meet the town's share of Chapter 90 projects. The finance Committee recommends , Article 27: seeks town authorization to prepare a plan laying out and defining Red Brook Road from Great Neck Road South to the Falmouth line and to appropriate and transfer from the Town Engineer Management Salary Account $17.500 to the Red Brook Road Account. Finance Committee will withhold recommendation until Town Meeting floor. Article 28: seeks town approval to appropriate and transfer $6,500 from DPW Workmens' Salary Account to DPW Wage Account. Finance Committee recommends this article. Article 29: seeks to create a Senior Center Building Committee. There was no recommendation on the part of the Finance Committee as there is no money involved in this article. Article 30: seeks money to conduct architectural and engineering studies for a building additon to the present Mashpee Senior Center. This was NOT recommended by the Finance Committee. Article 31: seeks $20,614 from the Firefighter Salary Account to be applied to fund the position of Deputy Fire Chief. The Finance Committee recommends this article. Article 32: seeks town approval to appropriate and transfer from the Revenue Available for Appropriation Account $30,000 to the Firefighter Wage, Account. This article was recommended by the Finance Committee.
