9 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> November 19, 2001 <br /> Appointment to Library Building Committee: <br /> David Burton, Acting Chairman of the Library Expansion Committee <br /> remitted a memorandum to the Selectmen dated November 15, 2001 <br /> recommending two candidates for appointment. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to appoint Maureen C. Rounds <br /> and Thomas J. Neill as members of the Library Expansion/Building <br /> Committee as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Appointments to Cape Cod Municipal Health Groin <br /> Motion made by Selectman Leveille to appoint Joyce Mason as the <br /> Town's representative to the Cape Cod Municipal Health Group and <br /> Maryanne Gibbs as the alternate member. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Appointment to Board of Registrars: <br /> A letter of interest was received from James Vaccaro dated October 30, <br /> 2001 requesting appointment to the Board of Registrars to represent the <br /> Republican Party. Correspondence was received from the Town Clerk <br /> dated November 9, 2001 recommending the appointment. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to appoint James Vaccaro to the <br /> Board of Registrars for a term not to exceed March 31, 2004. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Recommendation for Computer Software Package: <br /> The advisory committee formed to review financial software packages that <br /> would integrate the Town Accountant, Treasurer/Tax Collector and <br /> School Department submitted a recommendation to the Selectmen. <br /> Upon due diligence, it is the recommendation of the ad hoc committee to <br /> request the Board of Selectmen authorize contract negotiations with the <br /> Munis software vendor located in the Town of Falmouth, Maine. <br />
