1 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> December 27, 1999 <br /> Present: Selectman Leveille, Selectman Taylor, <br /> Selectman Cahalane, Selectman Blythe <br /> Town Administrator Robert Whritenour <br /> Absent: Selectman Marsters <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Vice-Chairman Leveille at 9:09 a.m. <br /> Town Hall, Conference Room#1. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Appointment of Conservation Commissioner: <br /> Robert Sherman, Conservation Agent was present to recommend <br /> the appointment of Carol Moore to fill the present vacancy of <br /> Conservation Commissioner. Attendance records were reviewed. It was <br /> noted that it is often difficult to attain a quorum at this time of year. <br /> Discussion followed. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Blythe to appoint Carol Moore to the <br /> Conservation Commission as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: 3-1. Motion carries. <br /> Selectman Leveille in opposition. <br />
