There is a need for a change in Personnel bylaws. <br /> There is a need to address this. matter with the Personnel Board ` <br /> to insure that all personnel are granted the same benefits. <br /> The motion to indefinitely postpone was seconded by William .Towner <br /> and all members voted unanimous agreement. <br /> Article 11- William Towner motioned for approval of $30,000 <br /> Finance Committee voted unanimous approval <br /> Article 12- William Towner motioned for approval <br /> seconded by John Ferriday. <br /> unanimous vote of approval <br /> Article 13- Carole Dunivan motioned for approval - transfer from Free Cash <br /> seconded by John Ferriday <br /> unanimous vote of approval <br /> Article 14- William Towner motioned that the Finance Committee recommend <br /> a hold on this article till more information is available <br /> seconded by John Ferriday <br /> unanimous vote of approval <br />
