Disposition for Inspections <br /> Carl Heller motioned for Committee recommendation <br /> Carole Dunivan seconded <br /> motion carraed- with. one opposing vote by Gallo, Ferriday abstained <br /> Article 33 - Non-criminal disposition <br /> John Ferriday abstained from discussion/vote - conflict <br /> of interest <br /> Carl Heller motioned for approval <br /> Carole Dunivan seconded <br /> motion carried with two opposing votes by Gallo and Vaccrro <br /> Article 34 - Reclassify engineer position <br /> There were several motions made on this article but were <br /> not seconded <br /> John Ferriday motioned that the Finance Committee support <br /> the reclassification of the engineer position from Grade 17 to 20 <br /> This reclassification would make the position comparable to other <br /> engineer positions in towns such as Chatham or Brewster and <br /> hopefully attract more candidates than the Grade 17 job positing <br /> did <br /> Jim Vaccaro seconded <br /> unanimous vote of approval <br /> Article 35 - By-Law change on unlawful dumping - BOH <br /> Jim Vaccaro motioned that the Finance Committee recommend <br /> John Ferriday seconded <br /> unanimous vote of approval <br /> Article 38 - Ashers Path-Dolphin Bay - `£own Planner <br /> Town Planner informed the Committee that there are stall <br /> some details to be worked out on this and it will be ammended <br /> on town meeting floor <br /> Carl Heller motioned that the Finance Committee withhold <br /> their recommendation till town meeting floor <br /> Carole Dunivan seconded <br /> unanimous vote of approval <br />
