Although we °cannot <br /> change the contract, -we can make :recommendations. Over-time is written . <br /> right into the contract. _ <br /> Deidre mentions that by "sending .a fireman 'away .to' school to be trained as <br /> -an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT),`you are' paying for his schooling,' <br /> for him to be lthere. and;`for coverage,for his hours, ,while he is away at, <br /> school.
