He felt that whoever is being brought up on charges should <br /> have the decision as to whether it should be in executive session <br /> or public. <br /> 11. Deidre Greelish asked Al Polsi to find out if the Board of <br /> Health supports this Article. She did not think they were in favor <br /> of centralizing this. <br /> 12. N/A <br /> 13. Members agreed to put this Article on hold until they received <br /> further information. <br /> 14. Ed Baker MOTIONED that we recommend this Article. John <br /> Ferriday seconded this motion and members voted to recommend this <br /> 7-0. <br /> 15. Ms. Greelish MOTIONED to approve semi-annual taxes, as long as <br /> legislation is passed before town meeting. Denise Sullivan <br /> seconded this motion and members voted to approve 7--0. <br /> 16. There was a question regarding this Article. Dan Goggin is the <br /> liaison and will investigate further. <br /> 17. Deidre Greelish MOTIONED to NOT recommend this Article. John <br /> Ferriday seconded this motion and members all agreed to not <br /> recommend this Article. Al Polsi stated that he would check with <br /> Greg Taylor regarding the legality of this Article. <br /> 18. Ed Baker explained this Article to members. He has a memo <br /> regarding this problem and will bring it to the next meeting. <br /> Members agreed to put this Article on hold. <br /> 19. Deidre Greelish MOTIONED to NOT recommend this Article. Mr. <br /> Ferriday seconded and members voted 7-0 to not recommend. <br /> 20. Tony Gallo is the liaison to this department and will look into <br /> this Article regarding police cruisers. Mr. Gallo thought that <br /> three cruisers were too many to issue. Mr. Baker thought that the <br /> wording in the article should be changed to "_ police <br /> cruisers for the Police Shift Patrols". Deidre Greelish asked how <br /> much each cruiser would cost and how much of a trade in value they <br /> could get. <br /> 21. Ms. Greelish will get more information regarding this Article. <br />
