MASHPEE FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES MAY 13, 1992 MEETING COMMENCED AT 7:00 P.M. Members Present: Tony Gallo; Deirdre Greelish, Dan Goggin; John Ferriday, Ed Baker; Denise Sullivan and Roger Dunivan. MINUTES: Ed Baker motioned to accept the minutes of April 30, 1992 and May 4, 1992, as written. John Ferriday seconded the motion and the minutes were accepted as written by a unanimous vote of 6-0. Dan Goggin was not present for the vote. Ed Baker motioned to accept the minutes of March 31st; April Ist; April 15th; and April 22nd, as written. John Ferriday seconded the motion and the minutes were accepted as written by a vote of 6-0. Dan Goggin was not present for this vote. Deirdre Greelish MOTIONED to hold the reorganizational meeting of the Finance Committee, the first meeting following the town elections. Denise Sullivan seconded the motion and members voted 7-0 to hold the reorganizational meeting. CHAIRPERSON - NOMINATION Denise Sullivan NOMINATED Deirdre Greelish to be chairperson of the Finance Committee. Ed Baker seconded the motion. Four members were in favor of this motion, Deirdre. Greelish; Ed Baker; John Ferriday and Denise Sullivan. Roger Dunivan NOMINATED Tony Gallo to remain as chairperson of the Finance Committee. Three members were in favor of this vote, Tony Gallo, Roger Dunivan and Dan Goggin. John Ferriday MOTIONED that the nominations be closed. Deirdre Greelish seconded the motion.. All members were in favor 7-0. Dan Goggin MOTIONED that the nomination of Deirdre Greelish be unanimous. Ed Baker seconded the motion and all members voted in favor 7-0. VICE'-CHAIRPERSON NOMINATION Denise Sullivan NOMINATED Dan Goggin to be vice-chairperson. Ed Baker seconded the nomination. Ed Baker MOTIONED that the nominations be closed and Deirdre Greelish seconded that the nominations be closed. Members voted in favor 7-0. Members voted 7-0 in favor of Dan Goggin being vice- chairperson.
