4 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> April 10, 2000 <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Execution of Agreement for Services—United States Air Force: <br /> It was noted that the above reference Agreement will complete the <br /> resurfacing of Hooppole Road, Mashpee. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Blythe to approve the execute the <br /> Agreement for Services between the Town of Mashpee and the <br /> United States Air Force to resurface Hooppole Road in the amount of <br /> $116,220 as outlined. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Hearin Seasonal Liquor License Renewals: <br /> Selectman Marsters opened the Public Hearing on the renewal of the <br /> following Seasonal Liquor License Holders in the Town of Mashpee,- <br /> Eleanor Woolf, dlb/a Popponesset General Store <br /> Raw Bar, Incorporated w/Entertainment License <br /> Cooke's-Mashpee, Inc. <br /> Spenco, Inc. d/b/a Marketplace Cafe w/Entertainment License <br /> Correspondence was received from the Chief of Police dated April 6, 2000 <br /> reporting no adverse information or reports of outstanding violations <br /> received from the above referenced establishments. <br /> Being no comment,the Board motioned to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Blythe. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> The Selectmen acted on each license renewal individually. <br />
