6 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> April 10, 2000 <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Hearin — Seasonal Liquor License Renewals: (continued) <br /> Raw Bar Inc.: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cabalane to renew the Seasonal All <br /> Alcoholic Liquor License and Entertainment License of the <br /> Raw Bar,Inc. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Self Reliance—Earth Dgy 2000 Conference: <br /> Correspondence was received from Self Reliance dated <br /> February 29, 2000 relative to the Earth Day 2000 Conference to be <br /> held on April 22 at the Cape Cod Community College Tilden Arts Center. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Harbormaster Building—Plan Review: <br /> Perry Ellis, Harbormaster presented a cost estimate to construct the <br /> proposed Harbormaster building to be located at Little River Landing. <br /> A quote from Cameo Construction has determined an estimated figure of <br /> $34,730 to complete the building. <br /> Correspondence was received from the Board of Health dated April 7ffi <br /> relative to soil analysis at the subject site location. The Board of Health <br /> has recommended that a Clivus Multrum (humus composting toilet) <br /> system be utilized since the site cannot meet Title V requirements. The <br /> estimated cost is$7,900 and is included in the above referenced <br /> construction estimate. <br /> The Building Inspector has indicated that a building permit can be issued <br /> if a Clivus Multrum system is installed. <br /> The Board requested the Department of Public Works provide input into <br /> the feasibility of the building proposal process as outlined. <br />
