Said amount was to reimburse the Expense Account for: <br /> Replace leading fuel tank in track 310.95 <br /> Purchase and install rebuilt engine in truck 1,982.42 <br /> Rebuild 88 HP outboard engine 927.60 <br /> The members were in agreement that the transfer should be tabled until its regular meeting in <br /> November. The Harbormaster stated on the Reserve Fund Request that the balance in the <br /> Expense Account was $955.18, yet the Accounting Report of the same date showed a balance <br /> of $1700. There was general concern about the level of funding needed to see this department <br /> through until June 30. <br /> The Chair was directed by the Committee to contact the Harbormaster and request his presence <br /> at the November 17 meeting. He will be asked to bring a revised budget that carries the <br /> Harbormaster Department through to June 30, 1993, including expenses that have been incurred <br /> though not yet placed on a warrant for payment. <br /> Police Department Wage Account <br /> Denise and Deirdre informed the Committee that two office employees of the Police Department <br /> are regularly receiving overtime that is not clearly accounted for. In addition, police officers are <br /> being paid for Special Detail Duty on days for which they are also receiving sick or personal <br /> pay.
