' 8 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> Monday,July 10, 2000 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Fire Station—Change Order Approval: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cabalane to place the above as an agenda <br /> topic of the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> The Board reviewed the Change Order request from the Fire Station <br /> Building Committee in the amount of$11,035 to install a separate elevator <br /> sump pump pit. <br /> In other business, the Selectmen were requested to consider a(42) day <br /> project extension. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to approve the Change Order <br /> request of the Fire Station Building Committee in the amount of <br /> $11,035 for the installation of a separate elevator sump pump pit,and <br /> absolutely under no circumstances deny the request for an extension. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Fire Station—Authorization to Approve Change Orders: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to place the above topic as an <br /> agenda item of the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to authorize the Fire Station <br /> Building Committee to approve Change Orders on behalf of the <br /> Board of Selectmen for a sum not to exceed; $10,000. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
