6 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> July 24, 2000 <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Hearing=Eaale Limousine.- <br /> Selectman Leveille opened the Public Hearing on the application of Earl <br /> Cash, d/b/a Eagle Limousine, 12 Terry Avenue, Mashpee, for one (1) <br /> additional vehicle for livery service. <br /> Earl Cash was present_ Sergeant Umma recommended approval. <br /> Selectman Leveille opened the hearing to solicit comment. <br /> James Morgan, Upper Cape Transportation indicated that he was required <br /> by the Town to maintain a commercial address. In response, it was noted <br /> more than one vehicle as owned by Mr. Morgan, required a commercial <br /> address. In addition,Mr. Morgan asked of the zoning issues pertaining to <br /> the storage of vehicles on Terry Avenue? <br /> Being no further comment, the Board motioned to close the Public <br /> Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to approve the application of Earl <br /> Cash, d/b/a Eagle Limousine, 12 Terry Avenue, Mashpee for one(1) <br /> additional vehicle for livery service pending approval by the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
