8 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> July 24, 2000 <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS. <br /> Outstanding Annual Re-appointments: (continued) <br /> Cemetery Study Committee: <br /> The Board received a letter of interest from Nancy Caffyn for the above <br /> referenced committee. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to appoint Nancy Caffyn to the <br /> Cemetery Study Committee for a term to expire; 6/30/01. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Leisure Service Advisory Council: <br /> School Department recommendation/Letter of Interest—Donna Lopez. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to appoint Donna Lopez <br /> to the Leisure Service Advisory Council for a term to expire; 6/30/03. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Economic Development Council.- <br /> The above referenced appointment was placed on hold until future <br /> legislative approval. <br /> Natural Resources Management Committee: <br /> The Board received a letter of interest from Ed Baker to service the above <br /> referenced committee. Mr. Baker indicated that there is a dire Reed for <br /> such a committee to make recommendations to the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to rescind past action (7/17/00), <br /> and reinstate the Natural Resources Management Committee by <br /> appointing Ed Baker and re-appointing; <br /> Perry Ellis F. Thomas Fudala R. Gregory Taylor <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
