Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> August 7, 2000 <br /> Present: Selectman Leveille, Selectman Cahalane, Selectman Taylor, <br /> Selectman Marsters, Selectman Green <br /> Town Administrator Robert Whritenour <br /> Assistant Town Administrator Joyce Mason <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Leveille at 6:30 p.m. <br /> Town Hall, Conference Room 91. <br /> MINUTES: <br /> Monday, July 10 2000 Regular and Executive Sessions: <br /> Monday, July 17 2000 Re lar and Executive Sessions: <br /> Monday,July 24 2000 Regular and Executive Sessions: <br /> The above referenced minutes were deferred until the next meeting. <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Comment: <br /> Diane Jones, a resident of the subdivision, Sherwood Forest related <br /> concern with respect to the latest developmental proposal for the area. <br /> She urged the Open Space Committee to review this matter. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Rea ointment to Conservation Commission/Council on Aging: <br /> Correspondence was received from the Town Clerk dated August 3, 2000 <br /> relative to individuals omitted from the reappointment process. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to reappoint John Fitzsimmons to <br /> the Conservation Commission for a term to expire 6/30/03 and <br /> reappoint the following to the Council on Aging for a term to expire <br /> 6/30/03; <br /> Elizabeth Jones M.Arthur Weinstein Jeanne Noussee <br /> and to the Council on Aging for a term to expire 6/30/02; <br /> Aurora Bird Robert Osborn <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Selectman Marsters abstained. <br />
