Tom Fudala, the Town Planner will be requested to remit <br /> the Request For Proposal to the Selectmen for additional review. <br /> Desigp Review Regulations: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to delete the article pertaining <br /> to Design Review Regulations from the Town Meeting warrant. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Stabilization Fund Article: <br /> The Town Accountant suggested that a Stabilization Fund Article be <br /> placed on the warrant for certified free cash. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to include a Stabilization Fund <br /> Article on the October Town Meeting warrant. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Waivers of Requirements: <br /> The proposed bylaw revision was placed on hold for additional review. <br /> The Conservation Commission will be requested to review the proposal <br /> with the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Mizzenmast Project: <br /> The above referenced article was placed on hold at this time. <br /> Willowbend: <br /> The article proposes a potential land transfer. It was placed on hold for <br /> additional review and consideration. <br />
