i <br /> 7 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> August 14, 2000 <br /> NEW BUSINESS- <br /> Algonquin Ave., Cayuga Ave., Mowhawk Rd.,Emergency Repairs: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to place the above topic on the <br /> Selectmen's agenda. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Correspondence was received from the Director of Public Works dated <br /> August 3, 2000 recommending the Board approve the referenced <br /> emergency repairs in the matter of public safety. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to approve and authorize a sum <br /> not to exceed; $2,500 to fund emergency repairs to Algonquin Avenue, <br /> Cayuga Avenue and Mowhawk Road as defined. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Adjournment: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to adjourn at 8:40 p.m. <br /> The Board will enter into Executive Session at this time for the <br /> purpose of discussing collective bargaining, labor negotiations and <br /> pending litigation.
