7 George Benway: And I would suggest that Mr. Ferguson's remarks initially said, that this is not a subject for the Board of Selectmen to be dealing with on a very expensive and time consuming basis but rather that this go back to BIA,they are the experts they have the story, they have the genealogy, they have the records, and we as interested participants in that procedure can under the freedom of information act obtain records from BIA of exactly what has been filed just to read it and check it. An interesting question would be because part of the record is that they have to file before BIA, is a map showing what lands that they say were theirs and taken illegally. That would be a very interesting document to look at. I'll confine myself right now to those remarks Mr. Chairman, I appreciate your... Applause. Anthony Petruzzi: Clover Lane, Mashpee. I went through this suit a long time ago and I think it would kill me to go through another one. I love this town. That's why I moved here. I've been coming here since 1948. 1 bought in '63 and I have been paying taxes since then. Now,to get back to the old suit, I used to work for New Seabury Corporation and our maintenance shop is what is now the ...room at Bobby Byrne's Pub. We used to do all of the work at the shopping center, and most of the people in the town know me quite well, and they know that I don't lie and to my face, John Peters said, we don't want you, your house, we want your land, and we are going to take it. I never came out at a town meeting, I did not want put this stuff against the fan, but this was told to me, and I swear on the bible that, and please, I do not want to go through a suit again. Please as Selectmen, you know what my case is, and I speak for the rest of the people, we can't afford to go through another suit. Applause. Selectman Leveille: Any other public comment?In that case, I guess there is one other person here that does have a personal public comment, and that one is me. I have been involved in this now for at least going on a year with different dialogue going on between the Tribal Council, the Selectmen, different dialogues with people in the community, dialogues with my fellow Selectmen and over a period of time I have had mixed emotions and I have swung back and forth and it has been an emotional trip for us as well as for you, so what I did was, and if you will bear with me, I sat down and to try to get my thoughts as clearly organized as possible I have a public comment.
