1 <br /> I <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> November 13, 2000 <br /> Present: Selectman Leveille, Selectman Cahalane, <br /> Selectman Taylor, Selectman Marsters <br /> Town Administrator Robert Whritenour <br /> Assistant Town Administrator Joyce Mason <br /> Absent: Selectman Green <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Leveille at 6:30 p.m. <br /> Town Hall, Conference Room#1. <br /> MINUTES: <br /> Monday, October 23, 2000 Regular and Executive Sessions: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to approve the Regular and <br /> Executive Session minutes of Monday, October 23, 2000 as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Monday, October 30, 2000 Regular and Executive Sessions: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to approve the Regular and <br /> Executive Session minutes of Monday, October 30, 2000 as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Comment: <br /> Marjorie Katsoulis questioned the legality of the newly approved Class II <br /> license of Paul Moore dlb/a Mashpee Auto Brokers stating that it may be <br /> necessary for the licensee to acquire an additional set of approved <br /> regulations governed by the Registry of Motor Vehicles. In response, the <br /> Selectmen agreed to further review this matter and consult the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals with respect to this regard. <br />
