t , 1 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> December 4, 2000 <br /> Present: Selectman Leveille, Selectman Cahalane, Selectman Taylor, <br /> Selectman Marsters, Selectman Green <br /> Town Administrator Robert Whritenour <br /> Assistant Town Administrator Joyce Mason <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Leveille at 6:00 p.m. <br /> Town Hall, Conference Room#1. <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Comment: <br /> None at this time. <br /> Exit Interview—Melanson Heath& Com an : <br /> The agenda topic has been rescheduled to Monday, <br /> December 18, 2000 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Approval of Sign Permit: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to place the above referenced topic <br /> on the Selectmen's agenda. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Kate Duchemin and Caitlin O'Connor, Mashpee High School Seniors <br /> were present to request the Selectmen approve the placement of(4) signs <br /> at the Mashpee Rotary to announce the sale of Christmas trees. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to allow the placement of(4) <br /> signs at the Mashpee Rotary to advertise the High School's sale of <br /> Christmas Trees through December 20, 2000,waiving the Board's <br /> two-week Sign Placement policy requirement for this endeavor. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> I <br />
