Draft #3-9/3/93 <br /> And by adding the following definition of"NONCONFORMING STRUCTURE" to Section 174- <br /> 3: <br /> "A lawfully existing structure that does nor conform to the dimensional regttiretttetrts prescribed by <br /> this chapter for the district in which it is located,but which was lawfully in existence at the time the <br /> dimensional requirement with which it does not conform became effective," <br /> or mkc any action relating theretr <br /> Submitted by the Board of Appeals <br /> Article 23: <br /> To sec if the Town will vote to amend Section 174-25 B.10 of the Zoning Bylaw by adding <br /> and the R-5 and I-1 zoning district the letters "PR",or take any other action relating thereto <br /> S ubtn=d by the Board of Appeals <br /> Ankle 24: <br /> To see if the-Town will vote to amend the Zoning Bylaw by adding the following foomote <br /> 16. to the Section 174-31 Land Space Requirements Table and adding a reference to said footnote <br /> 16. in the Table for Front,Rear and Side Setback to Lot Lines: <br /> "16. These setback requirements shall not apply to the following building projections. provided <br /> they do not exceed the sizes specified, as measured from the foundation line along a line <br /> perpendicular to the nearest property line: chimney projecting no more than three (3) feet; house <br /> overhang projecting no more than two (2) feet,roof overhang projecting no more than three and <br /> one-half(3 12) feet, and open decks or platforms used for egress projecting no more than four(4) <br /> feet.
