Funding for a Human Resource position. <br /> The group reviewed the budget calendar. Mr. Whritenour stated that <br /> after February 7, 1994 he will break out any budget items submitted <br /> and place them as Warrant Articles. He will not have a situation <br /> again where the budget will be reviewed and have another budget <br /> when Articles are submitted. <br /> Ms. Greelish asked if it was possible to discuss the Selectmen's 16 <br /> goals with them? Mr. Whritenour explained that when the budgets <br /> come in, he, the Finance Committee, and the Board of Selectmen will <br /> sit down for a discussion. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Dan Goggin mentioned that there was a request by the School <br /> Building Committee for excess funding of their secretary. There <br /> was a memo from Marilyn Farren that there was only $134 left as of <br /> November 26, 1993 for their secretary. Ms. Sullivan stated that she <br /> would talk to Marilyn Farren. <br /> Marcia King returned to the meeting at 8:30PM. <br /> Mr. Goggin mentioned that he received some overall budget comments <br /> from various Department heads. He issued some responses to members <br /> of the Finance Committee for their review and comment. <br /> Ms. King mentioned that she was meeting with Greg Taylor, DPW <br /> Director, on Saturday. She stated that she would discuss with him <br /> the acquiring of Buildings and Ground Maintenance into his budget. <br /> She would also inquire as to how much roadwork he is planning on in <br /> his budget. <br /> The meeting adjourned at 10:OOPM. The Finance Committee agreed to <br /> meet again on Wednesday, December 15, 1993 at 7:OOPM. At that time <br /> they will have an updated five year plan prepared. The Minutes <br /> were submitted by Jean M. Mooney, Recording Secretary. <br /> Marcia King returned at 8: 30PM. <br />
