Denise
Sullivan seconded the Motion and members voted in approval of the
Minutes as written 4-0.
Denise Sullivan asked Mr. Goggin if he had followed up on the issue
in regard to Ms. Sullivan being liaison to the Personnel Board?
Mr. Goggin answered that he had in fact spoken to Marilyn Farren
and Bob Sullivan in regard to their memo. He stated that Ms.
Farren felt that she had agreed with Ms. Sullivan to decrease the
Board Secretary Account by $4,000 but that the $4,000 would remain
in the Personnel Department's Budget. Mr.
Sullivan responded that he would consider going, but then decided
against it. Mr. Goggin mentioned that he would be more than happy
to attend with Mr. Sullivan if he decided to go. Mr. Goggin
mentioned also that Personnel matters would in the future go
directly to Mr. Whritenour and then to the Board of Selectmen.
RESERVE FUND TRANSFERS
There were two requests from the Board of Health. The first
request was discussed at the last meeting. Ms. Sullivan had been
asked to further review the request.
