Mr. Goggin would inquire. <br /> The Committee agreed that the $12 ,000 to fund a Personnel <br /> Consultant should come out of Legal and Engineering. <br /> The Committee questioned Article 12 the 53rd week for Ms. Shaw and <br /> Ms. LaBute. They felt it was a legal question. <br /> They agreed that Article 14 and 15 should come out of Legal and <br /> Engineering. The Committee agreed that these were bookkeeping <br /> articles (Boundary Consultant Account and Conservation Eng/Dev <br /> Account) . <br /> The Committee agreed that they were not recommending Articles 17 <br /> and 18. These articles involved creating an unsafe and dangerous <br /> buildings removal survey board and $10,000 to fund the removal of. <br /> such buildings. <br /> Ms. Sullivan mentioned that there was no money mentioned regarding <br /> Article 23 (relocation of Great Oak Road) . <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> Mr. Bacigalupi mentioned that he would speak to George Baker, Fire <br /> Chief, about his feelings regarding condemned buildings. <br /> Mr. Goggin mentioned that the Committee should review the PAP plan <br /> for comment and suggestions. <br /> Mr. Goggin asked Ms. King about her review of the Education Reform <br /> formula? Ms. King is currently studying it. <br /> Mr. Bacigalupi asked what the Committee wished him to ask of Dr. <br /> DeMoura is his interview? Mr. Goggin answered that he should <br /> inquire exactly why the high school is not being built for J1,000 <br /> students? The figure of $1 ,180 includes the figures for Cape Cod <br /> Tech. <br /> The meeting adjourned at 8:50PM. The next scheduled meeting is <br /> Tuesday, September 13, 1994 at 7:OOPM.
