4 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> April 5, 1999 <br /> APPoINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Hearin — Seasonal Liquor License Renewals: <br /> Selectman Marsters opened the Public Hearing on the following Seasonal <br /> Liquor License renewals; <br /> Eleanor Woolf, d/b/a Popponesset General Store <br /> Raw Bar, Incorporated <br /> Cookes-Mashpee, Inc. <br /> Spenco,Inc. d/b/a Marketplace Cafe <br /> Mrs. Mason, Assistant Town Administrator read aloud the Public Hearing <br /> notice as published. All necessary paperwork is in order for the <br /> Selectmen's approval. <br /> Correspondence was received from William C. Przybylek; Chief of Police <br /> dated March 25, 1999 relative to the seasonal liquor license holders. As <br /> noted, the Chief did not receive any reports of adverse information or any <br /> reports of violations for the above seasonal liquor license holders. <br /> Being no comment, Selectman Marsters recommended the Board move <br /> forward to approve the license renewals. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Frye to approve the 1999 Seasonal Liquor <br /> License renewal; Retail Package, All Alcoholic license of Eleanor <br /> Woolf d/b/a Popponesset General Store. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Leveille to approve the 1999 Seasonal <br /> Liquor License renewal; Restaurant,All Alcoholic license of <br /> Cookes-Mashpee,Inc. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to approve the 1999 Seasonal <br /> Liquor License renewal; Restaurant,All Alcoholic license of <br /> Spenco, Inc. d/b/a Marketplace Cafe. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Frye. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br />
