Increased ridership will decrease Mashpee's <br /> estimate. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to approve and implement <br /> the new Trolley Service from Falmouth to Mashpee Commons. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Appointment of TemppLag Clerk: <br /> Correspondence was received from Marilyn Farren,Personnel <br /> Administrator dated April 7, 1999 recommending the appointment of <br /> James Horgan-Mudd of Mashpee to the position of Temporary Clerk <br /> to the Historical Commission. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to appoint James Horgan-Mudd <br /> as Temporary Clerk to the Historical Commission as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Leveille. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> Corres ondence from Representative Turkin on re: U r Cane <br /> Regional Water Supply Coo rative: <br /> The Board received notice of a petition filed by Representative <br /> Turkington,Representative Caffyn, and others relative to legislation <br /> proposed to establish an Upper Cape Regional Water Supply Cooperative. <br /> The communication as dated April S, 1999 will be forwarded to the <br /> Mashpee Water District. The matter will be placed on the Selectmen's <br /> agenda in the future for further review and discussion. <br />
