Gifford, Cotuit, Mass." dated January 1, <br /> 1914 and recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 1, <br /> Page 20, and being the same parcels referred to as Blocks 24 through 37 on <br /> Map 70 of the 1998 Town of Mashpee Assessors' Maps; along with <br /> An undivided one-third (1/3) interest as a tenant in common in marsh and <br /> wetland abutting the above lots in Mashpee, Barnstable County, Massachusetts <br /> and shown as Block 29A on Map 70 of the Town of Mashpee Assessors' maps, <br /> consisting of 15.7 acres more or less, said parcel being subject to a taking by the <br /> Town of Mashpee dated August 27, 1992. <br /> Being the same premises conveyed to Grantor by deed recorded with the <br /> Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Book 2846, Page 179. <br /> Said premises are conveyed together with all rights of way and easements of <br /> record and subject to all matters of record insofar as the same are now in force <br /> and applicable. <br />
