16 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> July 12, 1999 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Sealer of Weights and Measures Contract for A roval: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Blythe to approve the Personal Services <br /> Agreement between the Town of Mashpee and James Crossen as <br /> Sealer of Weights and Measures as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Intermunicipal Shellfish Agreement for Approval: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Leveille to approve the Intermunicipal <br /> Shellfish Agreement between the Town of Mashpee and Town of <br /> Falmouth for Waquoit Bay as dated April, 1999. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Corresppridencefrom the Assemblv of Delegates re: Charter Review <br /> Committee: <br /> The Barnstable County Assembly of Delegates submitted communication <br /> to the Selectmen dated June 23, 1999 requesting a representative serve on <br /> The Charter Review Committee. <br /> It is the consensus of the Board to advertise for the above referenced <br /> position. <br /> Adjournment: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to adjourn at 7:55 p.m. <br /> The Board will enter into Executive Session at this time for the <br /> purpose of discussing collective bargaining and the deployment of <br /> security personnel.
