7 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> November 1, 1999 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> ApWintment of Board Secretary:. <br /> Correspondence was received from the Personnel Department <br /> recommending the appointment of Jennifer Ahearn to the position of <br /> Board Secretary. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to appoint Jennifer Ahearn to the <br /> position of Board Secretary as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Blythe. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Appointment to LibM Building Committee: <br /> The Board reviewed correspondence received from John Renz, <br /> Vice President of Mashpee Commons Limited Partnership dated <br /> October 13, 1999 expressing interest to serve on the Mashpee Library <br /> Building Committee. <br /> The Board agreed to allow Mr. Renz to sit on the above referenced <br /> committee in non-voting capacity to alleviate any potential conflict of <br /> interest. Mr. Renz, an abutter of the library property will be able to offer <br /> input, resources and assistance to the Library Building Committee. <br /> Approval of Commonwealth Electric Plan No. 10252-- uina uisset Ave: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Blythe to approve Commonwealth <br /> Electric Plan No. 10252 for one(1) proposed jointly owned pole <br /> located on Quinaquisset Avenue,Mashpee. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
