The lay out should also be
recorded with the Registry of Deeds to meet the town's criteria for snow
plowing services. The town does not plow gated condominium
communities, and it is necessary for speed bumps to be removed prior to
snowplow operations.
Representatives from other condominiums within the town were present
to request the Selectmen's consideration to plow their main entrances. It
was noted that several condominium complexes within the town do not
have approved subdivision street layouts within or serving as entrances.
Upon eligibility, the applicable condominium complexes will be plowed
on an annual basis. Concerned residents were requested to provide
evidence to the town of the recording of the lay out prior to approved
status for snowplowing services.
