The Board <br /> has requested that Mr. Tippo submit his intent to the Selectmen in writing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Dinizio to rule the Police Officer Open <br /> Competitive Exam application valid,and allow George Kleowdis to <br /> test for the position pending the receipt of a $15.00 exam fee. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Caffyn. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> OLD DUSIN> SS: <br /> r <br /> Marilyn Farren,the Personnel Administrator was present to discuss the <br /> Personnel Department study of November 17, 1997 as revised on <br /> January b, 1998. <br /> i <br /> Page eight, last paragraph inserted to read: <br /> Upon the recommendation of the Personnel Administrator,the <br /> Selectmen may appoint up to three residents for volunteer assistance, at <br /> the direction of the Personnel Administrator, in conducting employment <br /> interviews with a designated panel. <br /> The Hiring Process flow chart was revised to read: Personnel Administrator <br /> in lieu of Human Service Director. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Frye to approve the Personnel Department <br /> Study as amended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: 4-1. Motion carries. <br /> Selectman Caffyn in opposition. <br />
