i <br /> ADDENDUM TO THE <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE <br /> TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> AND <br /> WILLIAM C. PRZYBYLEK <br /> Reference the previous agreement between the parties which was signed by the Chief of Police on <br /> 11/18/96 and signed by the members of the Board of Selectmen on 11/25/96. <br /> The agreement is renewed, as provided, for an additional three years,with a term to end on June <br /> 30, 2001. <br /> Additionally, the agreement is hereby modified, as follows: <br /> A. Effective July 1, 1998, the current Educational Incentive Pay portion of Section <br /> 4, Compensation, shall be removed and the Town agrees that it will pay its share of the <br /> benefits authorized for the Chief under what is know as the"Quinn Bill". The Town will <br /> not be required to pay any of the State's share of the"Quinn Bill"incentive, should State <br /> funding be limited anytime in the future. <br /> B.
