Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes 3 <br /> February 23, 1998 <br /> APPOINDENIS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Hearing.:.Transfer of All Alcohol Retail Package-Goods Store <br /> License from L.L.R.C.,Inc..to-Chaudh1y'5 Ma&Qta (continued) <br /> The premises, located in building A of the Deer Crossing Marketplace <br /> is intended to be operated as a general market, and convenience store. <br /> Liquor and related wine and malt beverages will not be served on the premises. <br /> As previously stipulated by the Selectmen, liquor retail sales and storage <br /> shall encompass a maximum of 20%of actual floor space. <br /> Mr. Chaudhry indicated that the market facility will have a 12 door cooler. <br /> Milk, dairy items and soft drinks will be displayed in seven of the 12 coolers. <br /> The remainder will display beer and wine beverages. General alcohol will <br /> be displayed in a separate area, a total of 20%of actual floor space. <br /> It was noted that a small outside patio exists on the premises. Liquor will <br /> not be served to patrons at any time. <br /> The Board requested a comprehensive layout of the interior design proposal. <br /> It was noted that the Warner Family Trust are the new owners of the subject <br /> property that will be leased by Mr. Chaudhry. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to approve the application of <br /> Chaudhry's Market for a transfer of the Annual All Alcohol Retail <br /> Package Goods Store License from L.L.RC.,Inc., d/b/a The Italian <br /> Market; subject to the amendments and previous stipulations set <br /> forth by the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Frye. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br />
