i T <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes 5 <br /> June 15, 1998 <br /> Letter of Resignation--Barnstable County Costal Resources <br /> Committee Rearew=ive- <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to accept the resignation of <br /> Jim Hanks from the Barnstable County Coastal Resources <br /> Committee with regret. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> AMointment of Barnstable County Co=l Rmurces Commi= <br /> Represe=ive: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to appoint Gerald Daly to the <br /> Barnstable County Coastal Resources Committee. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Leveille. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Correspondence from Town Counsel re• Finance Committee Bylaw: <br /> Communication was received from Town Counsel dated June 5, 1998 relative <br /> to the enforcement of the Finance Committee By-law. Chairman Marsters <br /> requested that the topic be discussed further at the next scheduled Selectmen's <br /> meeting. The individual will receive an invitation to be present for discussion. <br /> PUBLIC CQMl1=: <br /> Brad Caffyn requested information pertaining to live cable access. Mrs. Mason <br /> responded and indicated that they are currently in negotiation with Media One. <br /> A Request for Proposal will be developed in the fall with the seven applicable <br /> communities. It was noted that the issue is a top priority of the Board of <br /> Selectmen. <br />
