TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> Pursuant to Chapter 138 of Massachusetts General Laws, the Board of Selectmen, <br /> acting as the Licensing Authority for the Town of Mashpee, will conduct a public <br /> hearing on the liquor license application of Barnstable Pizza & Pasta Co., Inc., d/b/a <br /> Finally Dino's Pizza & Pasta for an extension of premise to include: 5,400 square <br /> feet located at John's Pond Center, Route 151. Unit 1 dining area with 48 seats, <br /> front/side entrances, rear entrance for deliveries. Unit 2/3 dining with 70 seats, bar <br /> area with 24 stools, with front entrances and rear exits. Unit 4 with pool/game <br /> room, capacity 24 with front entrance/rear exit. Basement storage area.
