Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes 9 <br /> November 2, 1998 <br /> NEW BUSMSS <br /> Change of Manager for proval% <br /> Selectman Taylor stepped down for the above discussion. <br /> Robert F. Mills, attorney for Wynn& Wynn presented correspondence to <br /> the Selectmen dated October 26, 1998 requesting a Change of Manager <br /> at New Seabury Country Club from Craig Falconieri to Richard P. Gordon. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to approve the Change of Manager <br /> of New Seabury Resources Management,Inc. dfbla New Seabury <br /> Country Club to Richard P. Gordon as requested. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Leveiile. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Selectman Taylor abstained. <br /> C m Electric Plan#10210 for Approval: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Frye to approve Commonwealth Electric <br /> Plan #10210 for (2)jointly owned poles Iocated on Route 151 with the <br /> use of a Mashpee detail police officer. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Leveille. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Selectman Taylor indicated that the signalization project is expected to move <br /> forward when the utility poles have been removed from the subject site location. <br /> Propea TaxR lie ra <br /> Mr. Whritenour, Executive Secretary presented an update to the Selectmen <br /> relative to estimated property tax levy requirements and funds available to <br /> offset the tax rates through fiscal year 2000. <br /> Information relative to the FY2000 budget, and analysis of available revenues <br /> was also distributed. (enclosed) <br /> It was noted that 200 students are projected next year. The growth of the <br /> School Department was discussed. All information will be distributed to <br /> Department Heads for review. <br />
