Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes 6 <br /> November 16, 1998 <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARIIJQS: <br /> Public Hearing-Transfer of Popnon sse� t Inn_Enjui.=ont License: <br /> (continued) <br /> Motion made by Selectman Frye to approve the transfer of the <br /> Entertainment License, New Seabury Resources Management,Inc., <br /> d/b/a Popponesset Inn. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Leveille. <br /> yam : Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Public Hgaring-Above.Ground Fuel Storage-Ng-w SeabM Golf Maintenance <br /> 1uildina. <br /> Selectman Marsters opened the Public Hearing on the application of New <br /> Seabury Properties LLC for the replacement of Aboveground Fuel Storage Tanks <br /> (one 5,000 gallon unleaded gas tank and one 1,000 gallon diesel fuel tank) at the <br /> New Seabury Golf Course Maintenance Building. <br /> Mrs. Mason,Assistant to the Executive Secretary read aloud the Public Hearing <br /> notice as published. <br /> Tom Columbo,New Seabury Golf Club Superintendent was present to request the <br /> upgrade to meet with federal fuel storage regulations at the existing golf <br /> maintenance facility. <br /> It was noted that Sheldon Hamblin, Deputy Fire Chief approved the license <br /> application. An overview of the diesel/gasoline tank was presented to the <br /> Selectmen for review. <br /> Being no comment, Selectman Marsters requested a vote from the Board to <br /> close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Frye to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Leveille. <br /> YOU Unanimous. 3-0. <br />
