Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes 7 <br /> November 16, 1998 <br /> APPOR MENTS AND HEARIN . <br /> Publir,Hearing <br /> Maintenanec i = (continued) <br /> Motion made by Selectman Frye to approve the application of New <br /> Seabury Properties LLC for the replacement of Aboveground Fuel <br /> Storage Tanks at the New Seabury Golf Course Maintenance Building. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Leveille. <br /> YOU Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Recess: 7:25 p.m. Meeting Resumed: 7:30 p.m. <br /> Public-H-saring-Unkrgrund F=I -N w <br /> Selectman Marsters opened the Public Hearing on the application of Lionel <br /> LeBlanc, Trustee, for the replacement of Underground Fuel Storage Tanks <br /> (6,000 gallon)at the New Seabury Marina-UTMA residence and garage. <br /> Joyce Mason, Assistant to the Executive Secretary read aloud the Public <br /> Hearing notice as published. <br /> Bill Mallard,New Seabury Marina requested approve to replace the tanks <br /> in accordance to federal guidelines. It was noted that George Baker, Fire Chief <br /> approved the license application for gasoline/diesel, not to exceed 6,000 gallons <br /> capacity. The Conservation Commission also approved the license request. <br /> Being no comment, Selectman Marsters requested a vote to close the Public <br /> Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Frye to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Leveille. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Leveille to approve the application of <br /> Lionel LeBlanc,Trustee,for the replacement of Underground Fuel <br /> Storage Tanks at the New Seabury Marina-UTMA residence and garage. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Frye. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br />
