A <br /> BOARD OF SELECTMEN <br /> MINUTES - REGULAR SESSION <br /> TUESDAY. FEBRUARY 20, 1990 <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1 . PROPOSED FIRING RANGE - Mr. Harrington advised the Board <br /> relative to the new proposed location of the firing range <br /> within the landfill . Mr . Harrington indicated that all <br /> Involved parties (Beard of Health, DPW and Police <br /> Department) are in favor of this location. Mr. Harrington <br /> also stated i that there are no additional costs involved in <br /> the newly proposed site. Mr. Doherty stated that the land <br /> would a l 5o be used for leeching beds , thereby using the <br /> land twice. The new' proposed location runs roughly <br /> perpendicular t�3 Meetinghouse Road. <br /> Mrs. Jacobson moved to approve the new location ��f the <br /> f l r i nQ r anQtt Mr. Ldwrence se?t=:E;t1ded the motion. All were <br /> in favor. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1 a CAPE COD COMMISSION ACT - The Board noted a communication <br /> from the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce relative to an <br /> informational session to be held on March 1 , 1990 <br /> concerning The Cape Cod Commission Act. <br /> 2. RETURN TO WORK EVALUATION - Mr. Lawrence moved to designate <br /> Goddard Occupational Health Services to perform a return to <br /> work evaluation. for Michael J . Sexton , Patrolman as <br /> requeGted by Chief Frye. Mrs. Jacobson seconded the <br /> motion.
