POLICE OFFICER APPOINTMENT Mr. Lawrence moved to appoint <br /> John Santangelo as a full -time patrol officer as <br /> recommended by Chief Frye. Mr. Carter seconded the motion. <br /> All were in favor. <br /> 4. SPECIAL POLICE APPOINTMENTS Mr. Carter moved to appoint <br /> Michael Brown and Alain Roguzac as Sp.ecial ' Police Officers <br /> as recommended by Chief Frye. Mr. Hanson seconded the <br /> motion. -All were in favor. <br /> 5 . UTILITY REQUESTS - Mr_ Lawrence moved to approve Utility <br /> Requests #90-534 and #90-18. Mr. Carter seconded the <br /> motion. All were in favor. <br /> 6. ANNUAL/SPECIAL TOWN MEETING WARRANTS -- The Board discussed <br /> articles for the Annual and Special Town Meetings. <br /> Mr . Harrington informed the Board that the Planning Board <br /> had requested that the article submitted by the Planning <br /> Board relative to the Special Permit Granting Authority be <br /> removed from the warrant. Mr. Harrington stated that he <br /> would work with the Planning Board and the Board of Appeals <br /> to look at the entire structure in light of the Cape Cod <br /> Commission, etc. <br /> Mr. Lawrence moved to delete this article from the warrant . <br /> Mr . Carter seconded the motion. All were in favor. <br /> There was discussion relative to whether a special town <br /> meeting will be held in June to address the new Town Hall <br /> and a new school project.. <br /> Mr. Hanson moved to hold a Special Town Meeting in June <br /> (date to be decided on) for the Town Hail construction <br /> authorization and the new School design. Mr. Lawrence <br /> seconded the motion and Mr. Gottlieb was in favor. Mr. <br /> Carter was opposed. <br />
