BOARD OF SELECTMEN <br /> MINUTES - REGULAR SESSION <br /> MONDAY, APRIL 30, 1990 <br /> PRESENT: Selectmen Gottlieb, Carter, Hanson, Jacobson, Lawrence, <br /> Executive Secretary Kevin Harrington <br /> GUESTS: John Bowes, Ernie Virgilio, Stanley Levings, George Benway, . <br /> Deirdre Greelish <br /> The meeting convened at 7: 00 p.m. <br /> MINUTES <br /> Mr. Carter moved to accept the Regular and Executive Session minutes <br /> of April 9, 1990 as amended. Mr. Gottlieb seconded the motion and <br /> Mr. Hanson was in favor. Mrs . Jacobson abstained. Mr. Lawrence was <br /> not present for the vote. <br /> Amendment -- Appointments & Hearings #5 - The full vote was not <br /> printed in the minutes - Mr. Hanson moved to grant a license for <br /> aboveground and underground storage of gasoline to William Burtis of <br /> 15 Riverside Road, Mashpee (Little River Boatyard) contingent that <br /> Mr. Burtis follow the conditions set forth by the Fire Department . <br /> Mr. Lawrence seconded the motion. Mr. Carter and Mr. Gottlieb were <br /> in favor. Mrs. Jacobson was not present. <br /> APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS <br /> 1 . BAYSIDE BUILDING COMPANY - John Bowes of Bayside Building <br /> Company appeared before the Board to request that the Town <br /> allow Bayside Building Company to remove 700 cubic yards of <br /> loam from the corner of Route 151 and Ninigret Avenue. <br /> Mr. Virgilio' stated that the loam could always be ' used by <br /> the Town at the Landfill . <br /> There was no public comment. <br /> Mr. Carter moved to allow Bayside Building Company to <br /> remove 600 cubic yards of loam and that the Town keep 100 <br /> cubic yards of the loam. Mrs. Jacobson seconded the motion <br /> and Mr. Gottlieb was in favor. Mr. Hanson abstained. Mr. <br /> Lawrence was not present for the vote. <br />
