BOARD OF SELECTMEN <br /> AUNUTES <br /> WEDNESDAY,NOVEMBER 28, 1990-EMERGENCY MEETING <br /> Present: Selectman Carter, Selectman Hanson, , Selectman Gottlieb, <br /> and Executive Secretary,Kevin J. Harrington <br /> Guests: Elizabeth Petti,Paul Ott,Kathy Corbett, and David Bailey <br /> Selectman Carter brought the meeting to order at 8:45 am. <br /> December 17, 1990 Special Town Meeting Warrant- Selectman Carter pointed out that the <br /> purpose of this meeting was to execute the town meeting warrant which was going to be <br /> one article, but Mr.Harrington has asked the Board consider placing one additional article <br /> on the warrant which would transfer money from Free Cash to the Reserve Fund. <br /> Mr.Harrington pointed out that.the Finance Committee would like the article to be <br /> considered. <br /> Mr.Harrington also asked that the Board consider addling language to article one which <br /> would read,or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Selectman Gottlieb moved to open the warrant to include the second article. Selectman <br /> Hanson seconded the motion. All present were in favor. <br /> Selectman Hanson moved to execute the warrant with the additional language in article one <br /> as well as add article two. Selectman Gottlieb seconded. All present were in favor. ' <br /> David Bailey,Director of Assessing Regarding New Employee-W. Bailey was in seeking <br /> approval, due to the hiring freeze, to fill the position vacated by Pat Hicks. <br /> Selectmen advised Mr. Bailey to proceed with the filling of this position and asked that Mr. <br /> Harrington put on the agenda for next Monday the hiring freeze guidelines. <br /> Route 28 Advisory Board-Mr. Harrington pointed out that the Route 28 Advisory Board <br /> has not had a Mashpee representative since Selectman Hanson resigned, and asked the <br /> Board to appoint him on an interim bases, as there was a meeting scheduled for today. <br /> Selectman Gottlieb moved to appoint Kevin Harrington as an interim member to the Route <br /> 28 Advisory Board. Selectman Carter seconded the motion. All present were in favor. <br /> Being no further business the meeting adjourned at 9 a.m. <br /> Respectfully submitte , <br /> oyce M.
