January 17, 1996 <br /> DESIGN REVIEW MINUTES <br /> present - Tony Ferragamo, Ed Gavoni <br /> 1) Vineyard Christian Fellowship Church- signs- one free standing sign for the entrance at <br /> the middle school and sandwich board signs for Old Barnstable Road and the Rotary. Free <br /> standing signs to be placed out on the day of the services and removed after. The <br /> committee had no problems or comments, recommended approval of the signs to the <br /> Board of Selectmen. <br /> 2) 99 Restaurant -Discussion only, abutters present (John Renz, Commons - Carla Roy <br /> Sandpiper Village). Preliminary plans presented, suggestions make and discussed, - <br /> comments from abutters heard. <br /> i <br /> January 24, 1996 <br /> Members present -Ed Gavoni, Tony Ferragamo, Steve Vantol <br /> 99 Restaurant -Plans revised - proposed stone ground cover illuminated - natural trees <br /> and vegetation left and to be pruned -fence in rear moved into the property with vine <br /> planting and shrub on the outside to hide the fence - detail added to break up roof impact - <br /> windows and planting added to the side to break up the wall surface -trellis and vines <br /> added to rear for same reason - drive to North Market cut down in size - path to bike path <br /> illuminated - lighting color to match North Market and toned down - color changed to <br /> light gray and cranberry trim - dumpster fencing to match building - and at the request of <br /> the committee the bike rack to be moved to the dumpster island - islands and planting <br /> added to the parking lot. The committee recommends the project. <br />
