Cape Clothing Co . , Deer Crossing <br /> Cape Clothing Co . , a clothing and accessory outlet , <br /> proposed a 20" x 86" ( 11 . 9 sq. ft . ) sign. This is the <br /> same size as Gold' s My Bag sign; Letters will be <br /> 6" and 10" . A 3" boarder all around was suggested; <br /> the center portion on the bottom could be maintained. <br /> 2 . ,HHgrbo,r Ridge banding,,. 608 Grea_t___Neck Road South <br /> Mr. D . Bissonnette displayed plans for a 4 ' x 8 ' <br /> temporary sign to be used as a marketing tool . It was <br /> pointed out that any sign over 16 sq. ft requires a <br /> variance, and any sign exceeding 20 sq. ft . has to go <br /> to the Board of Appeals . The new sign code should be <br /> referred to. Mr. Bissonnette agreed to apply for a <br /> temporary permit, pending approval of the Board of <br /> Appeals . There will be a one-fee charge . <br /> 3 . Cape & Island Steel . Inc . - Mashpee Industrial Park <br /> Mr. W. T. Currie presented an updated landscaping plan, <br /> which appeared adequate . The site plan addressed <br /> drainage and showed MDC drains , except for the trap <br /> drain.
