TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> DESIGN REV:iEW COMMITTEE <br /> ("Y-tober. 23 , 1996 <br /> The Design Preview Committee met at 7 : 00 p.m. on <br /> Wednesday , October 23 , 1996 at the Carol Jacobson <br /> Senior Center, Great Neck Road North. <br /> Present : William Hauck , Ex Officio; Tony Ferragamo, <br /> Chairman; and Edward Govoni . <br /> Two citizens expressed their desire to serve as <br /> additional. members -on the Design Review Committee . The <br /> names of Mary LaBlanc and Thomas F . O ' Hara will be <br /> nominated to the Selectmen for appointment . <br /> Owner of the property on Route 130 , adjacent to Byrne <br /> Sand & Gravel proposed a 3 ' x 5 ' , 15 sq. ft . " For Sale" <br /> sign which would be centered on the lot , parallel with <br /> the road, and 2 ' off the ground . The proposed sign met <br /> all. the criteria of the Design Review Committee . <br /> 2 , Cane Cod Bank & Trust Company - Refaces. <br /> 1n7Store Bank Existing Now <br /> Ms . Carol Bugbee , representing Cape Cod Bank & Trust , <br /> Route 151 - 39 Nathan Ellis Highway, displayed plans <br /> for refacing the existing sign on the Stop & Shop <br /> building at Mashpee Commons . This will replace the <br /> existing sign.
