TOWN OF IIASHPEE <br /> DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING <br /> December 11 , 1996 <br /> The Design Review Committee met at 6 : 30 P.M. on <br /> Wednesday, December 11 , 1996 at the Carol Jacobson <br /> Senior Center, Great Neck Road North , <br /> Committee Members Present : William Hauck , Ex Officio ; <br /> Tony Ferragamo, Chairman; and Thomas F . O ' Hara . <br /> :1. . Block Buster Signageee <br /> Buildinq #7 , North Market Street <br /> Mr . John Renz of Mashpee Commons and John Douqlas <br /> presented plans , pictures , colored drawings , and <br /> signage calcs for proposed signage . The plans call for <br /> two entrances toward the liquor store ; all windows <br /> remain open. <br /> The placement and measurements of awnings were <br /> discussed. Mr . Renz said they may not use an awning, <br /> but if they do it will be only on the west side of the <br /> building, not on the North Market Street side . <br /> The 150 slope of one sign did not present a problem. <br /> Colors will be Block Buster blue and a green that <br /> matches the liquor store . Style of lettering, size , <br /> and colors will be the same as the sister store . <br /> 2 . Dunkin' Donuts <br /> Main Street , Route 130 <br /> Site Plans <br /> Mr . Herbert E . Olson, Jr . , A. I .A. , representing <br /> Mr . A. Correia of Dunkin' Donuts presented site plans <br /> for a proposed retail store on Route 130 near the <br /> Country Store . <br /> The topography and the steep rise of the lot were <br /> discussed in detail . The fact that it will be kept <br /> level needs to be displayed very clearly on the plans . <br /> The general site plan appeared adequate, however, some <br /> concerns were remained. Discussion ensued . <br />
